Machinery control cables

Machinery control cables are used in industry as a connection of control cable for a range of machines. A special feature of this cable is that it is highly alkali and oil resistant.
Machinery control cables are used as connection cables – including for control devices on tool machines, conveyor and assembly lines, conveyor systems and production lines – under moderate mechanical load. They are designed for fixed laying and flexible application for free movement without tensile load and without constrained motion control. Machinery control cables are suitable for use in dry, damp and wet environments.

HYSLY Flex - JZ, OZ, OB, JB

HYSLY Flex - Flexible PVC-Machine control cable with GOST approval. The cable is suited for use as connection cable and link circuit for the control equipment of machine tools, conveyor lines, hoisting plants as well as assembly lines at medium mechanical stresses. The cable is also suitable for the installation in dry, damp and wet rooms.r applications, adequate UV-protection must be ensured and the specified temperature limits must be observed.

HYSLYCY transparent - The cable is suited for use as connection cable and link circuit for the control equipment of machine tools, conveyor lines, hoisting plants as well as assembly lines at medium mechanical stresses. The cable is also suitable for fixed installation as well as flexible application free movable without tensile load and without forced guide in dry, damp and wet rooms, not suitable for outside use. Because of the high screening density can guaranteed a troublefree transmission of signals and impulses.

HYSLY-SY-JZ transparent - Control cable with galvanized steel wire braiding. Suitable for stationary installation or flexible applications. Used as measuring and control cable in machine tool manufacturing, plant engineering and on assembly and production lines. For unrestricted mobility without forced movement control and without exposure to tensile load. Used as energy or connection cable in dry and damp environments to meet stringent safety requirements. Outdoor installation not permitted.
The galvanized (oxidation resistant) steel wire braiding ensures excellent mechanical protection against damage and provides magnetic screening. Thanks to these characteristics, these cables can even be used under adverse operating conditions or when exposed to high mechanical strain.

NSSHÖU - Heavy rubber sheathed cable

NSSHÖU - For flexible use and fixed installation in underground mining applications, tunnel building applications, open-cast mining applications, in quarries, on construction sites and similar applications, with heavy mechanical stresses. The cables can be used indoors as well as outdoors, in explosionhazard areas, in industry and in agriculture.

H07RN-F - These cables are suited for medium mechanical stress in dry, damp and wet areas as well as in open air and in agricultural plants, for equipment in industry works such as boilers, heating plates, hand lamps and electric tools such as drills and circular saws as well as for transportable motors or machines on construction sites. Installation in hazardous areas is allowed.

SiHF-J - silicone-sheathed flexible cable

SiHF-J - Silicone-insulated cables are used when exposure to high temperatures and temperature variations would cause conventional PVC-insulated cables to become brittle. Silicone-insulated cables are preferably used in the metallurgical industry, steel works, hot-rolling mills, coking plants, foundries, cement works, glass factories and ceramics plants as well as
in the production of electric motors, in sauna construction, in ships and aeroplanes, in heat, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, as well as in lighting gear etc.. The insulation consists of silicone rubber. It is halogen free and resistant to vegetable and animal fat, many types of  oil and diluted acids. No decomposition occurs when exposed to alcohol, plasticizers, alkaline solutions, saline solutions etc.. The insulation is fully tropicalized and resistant to oxygen and ozone. One of its exceptional features is its high flash point. Should the cable burn, an insulating silicon dioxide layer will remain on the conductor to render it short circuit proof.
